摘要
面临新时期高等教育人才培养模式存在的问题,为实现“知识+能力+素质”的培养目标,开展以质量为中心的复合型人才培养模式创新研究。通过构建“专业班导师与辅导员”协同育人教学管理制度,采用“学做同步”启发式、“边做边学”研讨式、“边探边学”探寻式教学方式,构建递进式的课程体系,改革现有实践教学模式并推进双学位选修制度等多样化培养模式,使学生变“被动接受”为“主动探求”,保障矿业复合型人才的培养质量。
Abstract
Facing the problems existing in the cultivation pattern of higher education in the new period , innovation research around the quality on inter-disciplinary talent cultivation mode was carried out in order to achieve the training objectives of "knowledge+ability+quality".The training quality of mining inter-disciplinary talent was ensured by diversity training modes such as building a teaching management system of "special course teachers and counselor"collaborative education , adopting "doing by learning"heuristic method ,"learning by doing"study-discussion pattern and "learning by exploring"exploration mode , establishing the curriculum system of progressive type , reforming the practice teaching mode and promoting double major elective system .The mining inter-disciplinary talent training quality was guaranteed .
