半佛纳米微丸中厚朴成分的分析?

通过薄层色谱法( TLC)定性分析半佛纳米微丸中厚朴成分,高效液相色谱法( HPLC)测定佛手和半佛纳米微丸中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚成分的含量,并制定含量控制标准。在薄层色谱法供试品色谱中,在与对照品及对照药材色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照液无干扰。高效液相色谱法厚朴酚: y=68830x-170805(r=0.9996),线性范围为12~240μg/mL。和厚朴酚: y=85428x-81286(r=0.9997),线性范围为5.6~112μg/mL。微丸中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量分别为0.1384±0.01076,0.0666±0.005218。结果表明,采用的薄层色谱法与高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏可靠,可以有效用于半佛纳米微丸的质量控制。
Analysis of Mangnolia Officinalis Component in the Banfu-nano Pellets
The major components named magnolol and honokiol in Mangnolia officinalis were determined and indentified by TLC and HPLC. The TLC indicated that the reference substance, the Mangnolia officinalis and the Banfu-nano pellets could show the same color pot as the control herbs or contrast in the same position, with a negative control without interference, the magnolol in the linear range of 12~240 μg/mL had good linearity relations (r=0. 9996), the honokiol in the linear range of 5. 6~112 μg/mL had good linearity relations ( r=0. 9997 ) . The content of magnolol and honokiol in the Banfu-nano pellets were 0. 1384 ± 0. 01076 and 0. 0666 ± 0. 005218 , respectively. TLC and HPLC are simple, sensitive and reliable, which can be used to control the quality of the Banfo-nano pellets.
