Ca-Al层状双氢氧化物的合成与应用研究

Ca-Al层状双氢氧化物( Ca-Al-LDHs)具有特殊的层状结构、热稳定性、离子交换性、酸碱双功能等特性,能够形成Ca-Al类水滑石或水铝钙石结构,焙烧后衍生的CaO基复合金属氧化物具有丰富的孔结构、较强的碱性等性质。因此, Ca-Al-LDHs可广泛应用于吸附剂、 PVC稳定剂、固体碱催化剂以及缓释剂等领域。本文简要论述了Ca-Al类水滑石与水铝钙石结构的差异性,制备方法以及在多种领域中的应用。
Synthesis and Application of Calcium-aluminum Layered Double Hydroxides
Ca-Al layered double-hydroxides ( Ca-Al-LDHs) , known as Ca-Al hydrotalcite-like compounds or hydrocalumite, has long been studied for their layered structure, thermal stability, ion interchangeability, acid-base bi-functioal features. Meanwhile, the derived CaO has matrix composit metal oxides after calcination possess such as abundant pore structure, strong alkali, etc. Therefore, Ca-Al-LDHs and derived oxides are widely applied as adsorbents, PVC stabilizer, solid base catalysts, controlled release formulation, etc. The difference structure between Ca-Al hydrotalcite or hydrocalumite, the preparation method and application in various fields were briefly discussed.
