颗粒床过滤的工业化应用现状与前景

颗粒床过滤器通过直接拦截、惯性碰撞、扩散效应、重力沉降、静电力等机械捕集机理进行过滤除尘,是用于IGCC和PFBC-CC最有发展前途的高温除尘技术之一.本文主要对颗粒床除尘器工业化应用现状进行了介绍,主要包括中科院过程所固定式颗粒床过滤技术、宁波大学杨国华组固定式颗粒床过滤技术、中科院山西煤化所移动式颗粒床过滤技术、日本住友株式会社颗粒床过滤技术.最后对颗粒床除尘技术在未来的粉煤中低温热解除尘中的应用进行了展望.
Industrial Application and Prospect of Granular Bed Filters
Granular bed filters worked through interception, inertial collision, the diffusion effect, gravity sedimentation, electrostatic force to remove dust, it was one of the most promising technologies for IGCC and PFBC-CC in dust-removing area.In this paper, industrial application of granular bed filter was introduced, including two fixed granular bed filter technologies of Ningbo University and institute of process engineering, Chinese academy of sciences, mobile granular bed filter technology of institute of coal chemistry, Chinese academy of sciences, dry activated charcoal exhaust gas treatment facilities of Sumitomo heavy industries.Finally, application of granular bed filter technology in coal pyrolysis area was discussed.
