摘要

针对海上作业平台空间有限以及人工劳动强度大的问题,优选了一种低密经济型水泥浆体系.室内研究结果表明:该体系配方简单、易于调节、经济成本低;具有良好的失水性能;具有良好的沉降稳定性;具有良好的稠化时间线性可调性;具有良好的水泥石强度.低密经济型水泥浆体系已多次成功应用于南海东部海域,现场应用表明:该水泥浆体系现场易配浆,气泡少,浆体流动性好,现场操作方便,使用LAS系统降低了人工劳动强度,满足后续钻井要求.

Abstract

A low density economical cement slurry system was selected to solve the problems of limited space of offshore work platform and high labor intensity.The results showed that the system was simple,easy to adjust and low economic cost.It had good water loss performance and good settlement stability.It had good linear tunability of thickening time.It had good cement strength.The low-density and economical cement slurry system had been successfully applied in the east sea of the south China sea for 5 times.The field application showed that the cement slurry system was easy to mix slurry in the field,with few bubbles,good slurry fluidity and convenient field operation.The use of LAS system reduced the labor intensity and met the requirements of subsequent drilling.
