The epoxy curing agent 2E4MZ-A was synthesized and optimized.Started with 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole and acrylonitrile,the intermediate 2E4MZ-CN was obtained through Michael addition.Water was selected as solvent,and optimized condition was 60 ℃ for 8 h.In the second cyclization step,2-methoxyethanol and sodium hydroxide were optimized as solvent and base respectively.The total yield can reach 82.5%after optimization.
