云南作为中国乃至全球重要的植物资源宝库,其独特的地理位置和多样的生态环境孕育了极为丰富的食用花卉资源.这些花卉在云南各民族中不仅具有悠久的食用历史和独特的风味,更富含多种生物活性成分.其中黄酮类化合物作为主要活性成分,在多个领域展现出显著的药理作用,包括抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖等,备受多个领域学者的关注.本文通过查找、梳理、总结和分析国内食用花卉中黄酮类化合物的研究情况,对食用花中黄酮类化合物在提取分离及生物活性的研究进行了全面综述,旨在为云南食用花资源的深入研究和开发利用提供理论依据和实践参考.
Research Progress on Extraction,Separation and Bioactivity of Flavonoids from Edible Flowers
As an important plant resource hub in China and even globally,Yunnan's unique geographical location and diverse ecological environments have nurtured an extremely rich resource of edible flowers.These flowers not only have a long history of consumption and unique flavors among various ethnic groups in Yunnan,but they are also rich in various bioactive compounds.Among them,flavonoids,as the main active ingredients,have shown significant pharmacological effects in various fields,including antioxidant,antibacterial,anticancer,lipid-lowering and blood sugar-lowering properties,attracting attention from scholars in multiple fields.A comprehensive review of the research on flavonoid compounds in edible flowers in China was provided by searching,organizing,summarizing and analyzing existing studies.The aim was to offer theoretical and practical references for the further research and development of Yunnan's edible flower resources.
