摘要
在药食同源植物中,沙棘是其中一种,其中所含的营养元素和药用成分遍布其根、茎、叶、花、果实及种子,沙棘也因为其丰富的营养价值和药效成分而被广泛应用于化妆品、食品和医药等多个领域.本文综述了沙棘中所含主要营养元素和药用成分的种类及含量,包含维生素类、黄酮类化合物、油和脂肪酸类、蛋白质和氨基酸、酚类和有机酸类、糖和糖苷类、微量元素、超氧化物歧化酶、三萜类和甾类等,并对不同地区沙棘品种中这些营养元素和药用成分的含量进行了分析和对比,对不同沙棘品种和沙棘不同部位的化学成分进行了总结和归纳,以期为其进一步地开发和利用提供一定的理论基础和参考依据.
Abstract
In the medicinal and food homologous plants,seabuckthorn is one of them,which contains nutritional elements and medicinal ingredients all over its roots,stems,leaves,flowers,fruits and seeds.The seabuckthorn is also widely used in cosmetics,food and medicine because of its rich nutritional value and medicinal ingredients.The types and contents of major nutrients and medicinal ingredients summarized,including vitamins,flavonoids,oils and fatty acids,proteins and amino acids,phenolic and organic acids,sugars and glycosides,trace elements,superoxide dismutases,triterpenoids and steroids,etc.The contents of these nutritional elements and medicinal components in different regions were analyzed and compared,and the chemical components of different parts were summarized,in order to provide some theoretical basis and reference basis for their further development and utilization.
