为了研究赭顶滑锈伞发酵液的化学成分,利用正相硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱层析等方法从其乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到6个化合物,通过核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)等现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定,分别鉴定为花旗松素(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、亚油酸甲酯(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、9(Z),12(Z)-十八烷二烯酸(5)、2,3-丁二醇(6).查阅文献,化合物1~6均为首次从该菌中分离得到.其中,花旗松素(1)是一种黄酮类化合物,有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤和抗菌等生物活性和药理活性.这将对赭顶滑锈伞未来的合理开发利用提供了科学依据和参考.
To study the chemical constituents from cultures of Hebeloma testaceum,the cultures were first extracted with ethyl acetate.Subsequently,the compounds were isolated using silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.Consult the literature,six compounds were isolated and identified as taxifolin(1),β-sitosterol(2),methyl linoleate(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),9(Z),12(Z)-octadecanedioenoic acid(5),2,3-butanediol(6).Range of compounds 1 to 6 were isolated from this species for the first time.Among them,taxifolin(1)is a flavonoid with biological and pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antitumor and antibacterial activities.This will provide a scientific basis and reference for the rational development and utilization of Hebeloma testaceum in the future.
