Chemical Constituents from Cultures of Hebeloma testaceum
To study the chemical constituents from cultures of Hebeloma testaceum, the cultures were first extracted with ethyl acetate.Subsequently, the compounds were isolated using silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.Consult the literature, six compounds were isolated and identified as taxifolin(1),β-sitosterol(2),methyl linoleate(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),9(Z),12(Z)-octadecanedioenoic acid(5),2,3-butanediol(6).Range of compounds 1 to 6 were isolated from this species for the first time.Among them,taxifolin(1)is a flavonoid with biological and pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antitumor and antibacterial activities. This will provide a scientific basis and reference for the rational development and utilization of Hebeloma testaceum in the future.
