氢氧化钾型低共熔溶剂用于松木预处理的研究

为了高效去除木质素,增强松木的酶解效率,采用氢氧化钾型低共熔溶剂预处理松木.主要对4种氢氧化钾型低共熔溶剂进行筛选,并优化了预处理的工艺条件.结果表明,氢氧化钾:单乙醇胺(摩尔比为1∶3)的预处理效果最佳.在温度为110℃、时间为5h、固液比为1∶15的条件下,木质素去除率达95.31%,预处理残渣酶水解72 h的还原糖产率达82.89%.同时,对比不同低共熔溶剂的pH值和黏度发现,氢氧化钾型低共熔溶剂的预处理效果主要受pH值、黏度影响,其中pH值起主要作用.利用傅里叶转换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射表征手段,深入研究氢氧化钾型低共熔溶剂预处理松木的机理.
Study on Potassium Hydroxide Deep Eutectic Solvent for Pine Wood Pre treatment
In order to efficiently remove lignin and enhance the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of pine wood,potassium hydroxide deep eutectic solvent was used for pretreatment of pine wood.Four potassium hydroxide deep eutectic solvents were mainly screened the pretreatment process conditions were optimized.The results showed that the pretreatment effect of potassium hydroxide:monoethanolamine(molar ratio of 1∶3)was the best.Under the conditions of a temperature of 110 ℃,a time of 5 h,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15,the removal rate of lignin reached 95.31%,and the yield of reducing sugar after 72 h of enzymatic hydrolysis of pretreated residue reached 82.89%.Meanwhile,comparing the pH and viscosity of different deep eutectic solvents,it was found that the pretreatment effect of potassium hydroxide deep eutectic solvents was mainly affected by pH and viscosity,with pH playing a major role.The mechanism of potassium hydroxide deep eutectic solvent pretreatment of pine wood was deeply studied using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction characterization methods.
