红光发射ZnAgInSe量子点的制备及发光性能研究

以醋酸铟、乙酸锌、硝酸银和二氧化硒为原料,巯基乙酸作为稳定剂,通过一步水相法合成了红色发光的ZnAgInSe量子点.主要研究了反应时间、前驱体溶液的pH值、nZn+Ag+In∶nSe的比例、In3+的用量等条件对ZnAgInSe量子点荧光性能的影响,通过荧光分光光度计和紫外-可见分光光度计表征量子点的发光性能.结果表明,通过水相合成法可以制备得到ZnAgInSe量子点的发射波长在610~628 nm范围内可调,通过一步水相法合成ZnAgInSe量子点的最佳实验条件为69 mL In(C2H3O2)3,30 mL Zn(OAc)2,1 mL AgNO3,pH=9.2,nZn+Ag+In∶nSe=1∶0.1.
Synthesis and Luminescent Property of Red Light ZnAgInSe Quantum Dots
ZnAgInSe quantum dots were synthesized in aqueous solution,using indium acetate,zinc acetate,silver nitrate and selenium dioxide as raw materials,and mercaptoacetic acid as stabilizer.The influences of the refluxing time,pH of original solution and molar ratio(Zn+Ag+In)/Se(nZn+Ag+In∶nSe)on the luminescence properties of the obtained ZnAgInSe QDs were systematically investigated.The optical properties of ZnAgInSe QDs were characterized by UV-vis absorption spectra and photoluminescence(PL)spectra.The results showed that ZnAgInSe quantum dots with red luminescent properties can be prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.the emission wavelength of ZnAgInSe quantum dots can be adjusted within the range of 610 nm to 628 nm.The optimal experimental conditions were 69 mL In(C2H3O2)3,30 mL Zn(OAc)2,1 mL AgNO3,pH=9.2,and nZn+Ag+In∶nSe=1∶0.1.
