以酸化成盐-解析-萃取-精馏的方法对醛氨法合成吡啶副产2,3-二甲基吡啶进行分离提纯工艺研究.通过考察成盐酸种类、成盐酸配比、成盐反应回流时间、成盐结晶温度、结晶时间、解析pH、萃取剂使用量和不同精馏条件对2,3-二甲基吡啶分离提纯进行了详细研究,确定了高含量、高收率的2,3-二甲基吡啶分离提纯工艺方法.本工艺具有绿色环保、方法简单、产品纯度及收率高、生产成本低、三废量少等优点,适用于大规模生产装置.
Separation and Purification Technology of 2,3-dimethylpyridine
The separation and purification process of 2,3-dimethylpyridine,a by-product of pyridine synthesized by the aldehyde-ammonia method,was studied by acidification,salt-formation,parsing,extraction and distillation.The separation and purification of 2,3-dimethylpyridine were carried out by investigating the type of hydrochloric acid,the ratio of hydrochloric acid to the reactant,the reflux time of the salt-forming reaction,the salt-forming crystallization temperature,the crystallization time,adjusting pH,the usage amount of the extraction agent and different distillation conditions.After detailed research,the separation and purification process of 2,3-dimethylpyridine with high content and high yield was determined.This process has the advantages of being green and environmentally friendly,having a simple method,high product purity and yield,low production cost,and a low amount of three wastes,and is suitable for large-scale production equipment.
