热老化皮肤模型研究及其应用

通过招募一批受试者,使用红外加热器对受试者手臂前侧进行照射,探究皮肤最小加热剂量并建立手臂皮肤热老化模型.试验结果表明:手臂前侧皮肤最小加热剂量为80 J,所达到的皮肤温度(40.82±0.78)℃;通过手臂皮肤热老化模型可知,空白侧与产品侧相比,空白侧试验部位皮肤变粗糙SEr值减少,角质层含水量和皮肤弹性R2值减小;通过双光子显微镜观察角质层表面和真皮层弹性纤维情况,发现空白组皮肤角质层平整度变差,弹性纤维明显变少,有溶解现象;产品侧角质层平整度和真皮层弹性纤维,均有不同程度改善.说明该产品具有一定的抗热老化效果,该模型具有一定的参考意义.
Study on Heat-Aging Skin Models and Their Applications
By recruiting a group of subjects,the infrared heater was used to irradiate the front of the subject's arm,and the minimum heating dose of the skin was explored and the model of skin thermal aging of the arm was established.The results showed that the minimum heating dose of the skin on the front side of the arm was 80 J,and the skin temperature reached was(40.82±0.78)℃.According to the arm skin thermal aging model,compared with the product side,SEr value of rough skin in the test site on the blank side decreased,and the water content of stratum corneum and skin elasticity R2 value decreased.The elastic fibers on the surface of the stratum corneum and the dermis were observed by two-photon microscopy,and it was found that the flatness of the stratum corneum in the blank group deteriorated,and the elastic fibers were significantly less and dissolved.The flatness of the stratum corneum and the elastic fiber of the dermis on the side of the product were improved to varying degrees.It was showed that the product had a certain anti-heat aging effect,and the model had certain reference significance.
