遇水自膨胀封隔器中吸水材料的合成与性能分析

在遇油或遇水的条件下,自膨胀封隔器通过自主膨胀来实现封隔地层,其中胶筒是自膨胀封隔器的关键部件,作为胶筒原料的吸水膨胀橡胶其性能决定着封隔效果.为提高遇水膨胀橡胶的抗盐能力,用无机矿物与丙烯酸有机单体复合共聚制备遇水膨胀橡胶中起吸水作用的高吸水性树脂,研究发现无机矿物的类型和用量、引发剂的用量、交联剂的用量、单体中和度和聚合温度都会影响吸水树脂的吸液能力.通过大量实验对丙烯酸系高岭土复合高吸水树脂性能进行优化,获得最佳合成工艺:引发剂为(NH4)2S2O8/Na2SO3,中和度80%,反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h;用量:高岭土 0.1wt%,交联剂NMBA 0.03wt%,引发剂Na2SO3 0.1wt%,(NH4)2S2O8 0.2wt%.结果表明,合成得到的高吸水性树脂吸水量和0.9wt%生理盐水吸收量分别为550 g/g和 53 g/g.
Manufacture and Properties Analysis of Water Absorption Materials for Water Swelling Packer
The water swelling packer expands autonomously under the oil or water conditions to achieve the sealing formation.The packer rubber is the critical component of the water swelling packer.The packing effect of packer is dependent on the property of water swelling rubber.In order to raise its resistance to salt,the superabsorbent resin was prepared with inorganic mineral and acrylic organic monomer.This study found that the type and the amount of inorganic mineral and initiator dosage,crosslinking agent dosage,monomer neutralization degree and polymerization temperature can affect the water absorption capacity of the the resin.The properties of the composite superabsorbent resin were optimized through a lot of experiments,and the best synthesis technology was obtained as follows:the initiator was(NH4)2S2O8/Na2SO3,neutralization was 80%,reaction temperature was 70 ℃,reaction time was 4 h;usage was as follows:kaolin 0.1wt%,crosslinking agent NMBA 0.03wt%,initiator agent Na2SO3 0.1wt%,(NH4)2S2O8 0.2wt%.The results showed that the synthetic composite superabsorbent resin sample absorbs water and absorbs 0.9wt%of the saline water volume was 550 g/g and 53 g/g,respectively.
