微波无极紫外及其协同光催化降解VOCs技术研究

微波无极紫外在保证充足VUV条件下具有较强的甲苯开环作用,UV/TiO2/O3/MnO2、微波/MnO2/O3具有很强的氧化及矿化作用,将微波导致的VUV、VUV导致的O3体系与UV/TiO2/O3、O3/MnO2、微波/MnO2/O3有机的结合起来,使其产生协同作用,将会形成一种效率高、能耗较低的MW/VUV/TiO2/MnO2/O3复合式高级氧化技术。此技术对VOCs 一次净化去除率>95%。由于采用复合氧化技术综合运用,比较难分解的芳香族化合物都可以开环矿化,对于非环状的有机物,矿化效率更高。同时通过优化参数设计,充分参与氧化,不会产生多余臭氧排出。
Study on Microwave Electrodeless Ultraviolet and Its Synergistic Photocatalytic Degradation of VOCs
Microwave infinite ultraviolet ensures strong toluene ring opening effect under sufficient VUV conditions,while UV/TiO2/O3/MnO2 and microwave/MnO2/O3 have strong oxidation and mineralization effects.By combining the VUV and VUV induced O3 systems with UV/TiO2/O3,O3/MnO2,and microwave/MnO2/O3 organically,a synergistic effect will be formed,which will form a high efficiency and low energy consumption MW/VUV/TiO2/MnO2/O3 composite advanced oxidation technology.This technology has a one-time purification removal rate of over 95%for VOCs.Due to the comprehensive application of composite oxidation technology,aromatic compounds which are difficult to decompose can undergo ring opening mineralization.For non cyclic organic compounds,the mineralization efficiency is higher.At the same time,by optimizing parameter design and fully participating in oxidation,excess ozone will not be generated and discharged.
