快速准确测定石油苯的结晶点

苯的结晶点作为鉴定苯的纯度和作为质量控制的一个有效手段,对于保证石油苯产品的高质量高产出对公司实现降本增效具有重要的意义。本单位抽提装置中馏出口和贮罐中的石油苯纯度≥99。0%,其纯度受非芳烃(NA)含量的影响较大,进而影响结晶点的测定结果。本文通过论证得出石油苯纯度和结晶点之间存在一定的线性关系,因此可以通过石油苯的纯度来快速判断结晶点的变化,同时降低分析人员的劳动强度和职业危害因素。进一步探究不同含量的NA与其结晶点之间和相同含量不同种类的NA与结晶点之间的关系,并在不影响测定数据结果准确性的前提下,用乙醇导热代替传统的空气导热,通过优化实验条件来缩短实验反应时间,极大的降低分析成本,提高分析检验效率。
Rapid and Accurate Determination of Crystallization Point of Petroleum Benzene
Benzene crystals point as the purity of identifying benzene and an effective means of quality control,which is important for the high quality high output of petroleum benzene products to achieve significance to the company.The purity of petroleum benzene in the distillation outlet and storage tank of our unit's extraction device is greater than 99.0%,and its purity is greatly affected by the content of non aromatic hydrocarbons(NA),which in turn affects the determination of the crystallization point.It was argued that there was a certain linear relationship between the purity of petroleum benzene and the crystallization point,so the change in crystallization point can be quickly determined by the purity of petroleum benzene,while reducing the labor intensity and occupational hazard factors of analysts.The relationship between NA with different contents and their crystallization points,as well as between NA with the same content but different types and crystallization points,were explored.And on the premise of not affecting the accuracy of the measured data results,ethanol thermal conductivity was used instead of traditional air thermal conductivity.By optimizing the experimental conditions,the experimental reaction time was shortened,greatly reducing the analysis cost and improving the efficiency of analysis and testing.
