Evaluation and Expression of Determination of Selenium in Soil by Micro wave Digestion-atomic Fluorescence Method
The microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence method was used to determine the content of selenium content in the soil reference material(GSS-38)and the uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated. The sources of uncertainty generated in the whole detection process were analyzed, and found that the sources of uncertainty mainly included sample weighing, standard solution preparation, calibration curve fitting, liquid constant volume and sample measurement repeatability, and the relative standard uncertainty of each component was calculated. The study found that the uncertainty of measurement result was most affected by test liquid volume standard curve dilution preparation, measurement repeatability. The selenium content in soil samples was determined by this method, the confidence level was 95%,the inclusion factor k=2,and the determination result was(1.34±0.08)mg/kg.
