气浮-厌氧-SBR-活性炭吸附法处理木质家具喷漆废水

简单阐述了木质家具喷漆废水的来源和废水特征,针对该废水处理工艺路线的设计要点,实际工程证明处理低C/N比值的木质家具喷漆废水采用"气浮+厌氧+SBR+活性炭吸附"工艺技术是可行的、且运行稳定,出水指标CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、TP、SS、石油类远低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的三级标准和《工业企业废水氮、磷污染物间接排放限值》(DB33/887-2013)中的间接排放限值,其中CODCr去除率约96%、BOD5去除率为95%以上、NH3-N去除率为95%以上、TP去除率约91%、SS去除率约99%、石油类去除率约95%。经处理后的出水色泽清澈、无异味、水质较好,也可以实现部分废水回用于生产,节约水资源。
Treatment of Wood Furniture Spray Paint Waste water by Air Floating-anaerobic-SBR-activated Carbon Adsorption
The source and characteristics of wood furniture spray paint wastewater were briefly described.According to the design key points of the wastewater treatment process route,the actual project proved that the process technology of"air flotation+anaerobic+SBR+activated carbon adsorption"was feasible and stable to treat wood furniture spray paint wastewater with low C/N ratio.Effluent indicators such as CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,TP,SS and petroleum were much lower than the tertiary standard in the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996)and the indirect emission limit of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in Wastewater of Industrial Enterprises(DB33/887-2013).Among them,the removal rate of CODCr was about 96%.BOD5 removal rate was more than 95%,NH3-N removal rate was more than 95%,TP removal rate was about 91%,SS removal rate was about 99%,and petroleum removal rate was about 95%.After treatment,the water color was clear,no odor,good water quality,and part of the wastewater can be reused for production,saving water resources.
