混凝沉淀+UASB+A/O组合工艺处理香料废水工程实例

针对江西某香料研发基地内生产废水浓度高、成分复杂、色度高、具有生物毒性等特点,采用工艺废水和其他废水分类收集的方法。工艺废水在其混凝沉淀工艺单元中除磷和pH调节,其他废水在其混凝沉淀工艺单元除悬浮物,最终工艺废水和其他废水按照1∶2的比例混合进入UASB+A/O系统。废水处理经调试运行,结果表明,工艺废水中总磷(TP≥200 mg/L)是影响其处理成本的关键因素;而羟胺废水每日通过与工艺废水调配处理,日处理量约为0。5 m3;目前生产废水经调配以后,废水处理工艺运行稳定,排水优于园区污水厂的接管标准,且废水处理费用在可接受范围内。
An Engineering Example of Combined Process of Coagulation Precipitation+UASB+A/O for Treatment of Spice Waste water
In view of the characteristics of the production wastewater in a certain fragrance research and development base in Jiangxi Province,such as high concentration,complex composition,high color intensity and biological toxicity,a method of classifying and collecting process wastewater and other wastewater was adopted.Process wastewater was dephosphorized and pH regulated in its coagulation and precipitation process unit,other wastewater was removed from its coagulation and precipitation process unit,and the final process wastewater and other wastewater were mixed into the UASB+A/O system in a ratio of 1∶2.The results showed that the total phosphorus(TP≥200 mg/L)in process wastewater was the key factor affecting the treatment cost.Hydroxylamine wastewater was blended with process wastewater every day,and the daily treatment capacity was about 0.5 m3.At present,after the preparation of production wastewater,the wastewater treatment process run stably,the drainage was better than the takeover standard of the park sewage plant,and the wastewater treatment cost was within the acceptable range.
