某集成电路芯片公司废水处理污泥的危险特性鉴别

固体废物及危险废物管理已成为生态文明建设的重点,但我国危险废物鉴别单位的总体鉴别水平仍不高,近年来涉及集成电路行业含氟污泥的危险废物鉴别报告也主要针对的是单一废水来源的情况。本文以生产集成电路芯片的A公司为例,该公司的含氟废水处理系统与研磨废水处理系统共用一套板框压滤机,压滤污泥为两种废水处理系统产生的混合污泥,以该混合污泥为鉴别对象,通过固体废物与名录判断、溯源分析、初筛分析、采样检测等方法对混合污泥进行危险特性鉴别,最终明确了混合污泥不具有腐蚀性、急性毒性、浸出毒性、易燃性、反应性、毒性物质等危险特性,为危险废物鉴别工作提供一定参考。
Identification of Hazardous Characteristics of Waste water Treatment Sludge from A Company Producing Integrated Circuit Chips
The management of solid waste and hazardous waste has become a key focus of ecological civilization construction,but the overall identification level of hazardous waste identification units in China should be further enhanced.In recent years,the identification reports of hazardous waste involving fluorine-containing sludge in the integrated circuit industry have mainly focused on situations where there is a single source of wastewater.Taking company A,which produced integrated circuit chips,as an example,its fluorine-containing wastewater treatment system and grinding wastewater treatment system shared a set of plate-and-frame filter presses.The filter press sludge was a mixed sludge generated by the two wastewater treatment systems.The hazardous characteristics of the mixed sludge were identified through methods such as solid waste judgment,directory judgment,traceability analysis,initial screening analysis and sampling detection.Results showed that the sludge did not have hazardous characteristics such as corrosiveness,acute toxicity,leaching toxicity,flammability,reactivity,toxic substances,providing some reference for hazardous waste identification work.
