量热仪测定污水厂污泥燃烧热值的应用研究

焚烧法是当前污泥处理中常见的一种方式,污水厂污泥有机物的含量较高,将污泥中的水分进行处理,经一定工艺处理焚烧,可以实现污泥的减量化、资源化以及无害化的有效处理。目前污泥热值项目没有国标方法进行检测,国内外的研究参照煤的发热量测定方法,利用IKAC2000量热仪,采用两种测量模式进行污水厂污泥发热量进行测定,选用最优方法测定青岛市5座污水处理厂脱水污泥的发热量,实验表明,快速动态模式比周边等温模式测定污泥发热量更快速,污泥燃烧更充分,能够顺利地测定污泥样品的燃烧热。利用此方法对青岛市12座污水处理厂脱水污泥进行发热量测定,结果显示污泥发热量在10 000 J/g左右。
Application of Calorimeter in Determination of Combustion Calorific Value of Sludge in Sewage Plant
Incineration is a common method of sludge treatment at present.The content of organic matter in sewage sludge is high.The water in sludge is treated and incinerated by certain process,can achieve the reduction of sludge,recycling and harmless effective treatment.At present,there is no national standard method to test the calorific value of sludge,domestic and foreign research referenced to the calorific value of coal,two measuring modes were used to determine the calorific value of sewage sludge by IKAC2000 calorimeter,the optimal method was used to determine the calorific value of dewatered sludge from 5 sewage treatment in Qingdao.The results showed that the rapid dynamic model was faster than the isothermal model to determine the calorific value of the sludge,the combustion heat of sludge samples can be determined successfully.This method was used to determine the calorific value of a sewage treatment dewatered sludge in Qingdao.The results showed that the calorific value of the sludge was about 10 000 J/g.
