Operation Optimization and Adjustment of Residual Boiler in Catalytic Cracking Unit
The exhaust temperature of the residual boiler in the catalytic unit of Qingjiang Petrochemical is gradually increasing.During inspection,it is found that the pressure drop in the evaporation section and coal saving section at the rear of the residual boiler is also increasing, and the nitrogen oxide content in the exhaust gas at the outlet of the residual boiler is significantly increasing. To ensure the emission of nitrogen oxides in flue gas meet the standard, the only solution is to continuously increase the ammonia injection rate. However, high ammonia injection rates can cause ammonia escape, leading to crystallization of the finned tubes in the coal saving section, and the above problems are even more serious. In response to this issue,it was decided to add enhanced denitrification agents to the regenerator, optimize operation, reduce bed temperature, control low oxygen content in flue gas,and optimize shock wave soot blowing operation in the residual boiler. As a result, the pressure drop and exhaust temperature of the residual boiler were effectively controlled, and the ammonia injection rate was significantly reduced to ensure long-term operation of the device.
