疲劳容器是石油化工装置中常见设备,分析设计标准JB4732附录C规定的设计疲劳曲线上限为100万次,实际工程中常遇到疲劳循环次数超100万次的情况,对此类工程问题,标准并未明确其设计方法与设计疲劳曲线。本文以SA387Gr11CL2主体材质、循环次数为315万次的疲劳容器为例,建立五个分析模型,选取其危险截面,按JB4732标准进行应力分析,评价其薄膜应力、弯曲应力等,并采用ASME疲劳设计曲线进行应力最大点和螺柱的疲劳分析。结果表明,对于循环次数超100万次的疲劳容器,可以按照JB4732的方法进行应力和疲劳分析,疲劳分析可取ASME疲劳设计曲线,由于循环次数高,螺柱疲劳损伤大,设备操作应加强对螺栓的检验,定期更换螺栓。
Study on Design of Fatigue Equipment in SA387Gr11CL2 with More Than One Million Cycles
Fatigue equipment is a common type in the petrochemical industry.The design fatigue curve is 1 million cycles(max.)based on JB 4732 annex C.But the case of more than 1 million cycles always exists in the actual engineering.For this case,the design method and design fatigue curve are not specified in the standards.A fatigue equipment in SA387Gr11CL2 with 3.15 million cycles was provided as an example.Five FEA models were built.The membrane stress and bending stress on the most dangerous cross sections were analyzed based on JB4732.The design fatigue curve specified in ASME CODE was adopted to carry out the fatigue analysis on the stud bolts and points with the largest stress.It was demonstrated that for the fatigue equipment with more than one million cycles,the method specified in JB4732 can be adopted to carry out stress analysis and fatigue analysis,in which the design fatigue curve in ASME CODE was used.But the inspections on the stud bolts shall be carried out more seriously and changing stud bolts at regular intervals shall be required,considering that the fatigue damage on the stud bolts were serious because of the cycles.
