Innovative Methods for Adjusting Fractional Products in Hydrocracking Units
An efficient and innovative operating method was established to address the problems of long time and difficulty in adjusting the product distillation range encountered in the fractionation system of hydrocracking units.This method was based on a deep understanding and data analysis of the operating process of the fractionation tower.By collecting historical data on the distillation range of the target product,an accurate distillation curve was drawn using the ensemble distillation process.These curves reflected the evaporation volume percentage of oil products at different temperatures,thus constructing a functional relationship between product fraction temperature and volume percentage.Through this relationship,combined with the current and target distillation ranges of the product,precise operational adjustment values can be calculated.This calculation method not only improved the accuracy of adjustment,but also greatly shortened the time to reach the required distillation range,accelerated market response speed,enhanced operational flexibility,and enhanced the economic benefits of the device.The actual operation on a certain wax oil hydrocracking unit showed that this method can effectively guide operators to adjust the distillation range,simplifying the traditional complex process that relied on experience and multiple experiments.In addition,by reducing reliance on laboratory analysis,this method also significantly saved laboratory costs.Therefore,this innovative operation adjustment method was not only applicable to hydrocracking units,but also had the value of widespread promotion in the petrochemical industry,which can provide important operational optimization references for similar distillation units.
