纤维素酶辅助超声波提取桑叶多酚的工艺研究

研究纤维素酶辅助超声波提取桑叶多酚的最佳工艺条件.利用纤维素酶辅助超声波提取桑叶多酚,在单因素试验的基础上,以桑叶多酚提取率为指标,选择酶解温度、酶解时间、料液比与提取时间为考察因素,利用正交试验优化工艺条件.正交试验结果表明:对桑叶多酚提取率的影响依次为提取时间、酶解温度、料液比、酶解时间.纤维素酶辅助超声波提取桑叶多酚的最佳工艺条件为:酶解温度为50℃、酶解时间为25 min、料液比为1∶35 g/mL,提取时间为40 min.纤维素酶解超声波提法可以提高桑叶多酚提取效率,能够用于桑叶多酚的提取.
Study on Cellulase-assisted Ultrasound Extraction on Polyphenols from Mulberry Leaves
To optimize the cellulase-assisted ultrasound extraction conditions for polyphenols from Mulberry Leaves,cellulase-assisted ultrasound extraction method was used to extract polyphenols from mulberry Leaves.The extraction rate of mulberry leaf polyphenols was selected as the index.The effects of enzymatic hydrolysis temperature,enzymatic hydrolysis time,mulberry leaf powder to liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction rate of polyphenols from mulberry leaf were studied.The extraction process of polyphenols of mulberry Leaves was optimized via the orthogonal experiment based on the result of the single factor experiment.The result of orthogonal experiment showed that the influence of these factors on it was in order of extraction time,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature,mulberry leaf powder to liquid ratio,and enzymatic hydrolysis time.The optimal process conditions for cellulase assisted ultrasonic extraction of mulberry leaf polyphenols were as follows:enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 50℃,enzymatic hydrolysis time was 25 min,mulberry leaf powder to liquid ratio was 1∶35 g/mL,and extraction time was 40 min.Cellulase-assisted ultrasound extraction method can significantly improve the extraction efficiency,and can be used for extracting polyphenols from mulberry leaves.
