摘要
公安院校政治建校办学特色优势和刑法课程目标特色为公安院校刑法虚拟教研室增加了思想政治教育功能和刑事司法职业法律运用能力培养底色的内涵.基于服务警务实战化教学,促进教师专业发展,构建学习型组织和认同教师职业身份理念,公安院校刑法课程虚拟教研室建设要坚持问题导向、共建共享、融合创新、动态调整和规范发展原则,重点在于发现教学问题、建设师资队伍、共建共享资源和构建组织文化等四个关键环节.
Abstract
Public security colleges'distinctive advantages in politics-oriented school running and the objectives of criminal law course have added the connotation of integrating ideological and political education function with the training of legal application abilities required by criminal justice profession in the construction of virtual teaching and research section for criminal law course.Based on the teaching which serves policing practice,promotion of teachers'professional development,construction of the learning-type organization and the concept of teachers'professional identity,the virtual teaching and research section for criminal law course in public security colleges should adhere to principles regarding problem orientation,co-construction and sharing,integration and innovation,dynamic adjustment,as well as normative development in the construction,and lay emphasis on discovering problems in teaching,the construction of teaching staff,the co-construction and sharing of resources,and the construction of organizational culture.
