Teaching Reform of the Course on Investigation Measures under the Trial-Centered Litigation System
The reform of the trial-centered litigation system not only has a profound impact on the practical work of investigation,but also puts forward higher requirements for the course teaching of investigation measures.According to the trial-centered standards and requirements,the course on investigative measures still has problems in aspects such as objectives,contents,as well as its practical training and teaching.The article proposes that"four types of combination",namely to combine investigation skills with evidence awareness,investigation experience with investigation theory,practical needs with teaching objectives,and the legitimacy with authenticity may be an effective solution to above problems.With these measures,the teaching reform of the course on investigation measures is expected to be completed,and the students equipped with improved investigative skills can meet the needs of current criminal investigation work,quickly adapt to their positions after graduation and better perform their duties in maintaining national security and social stability.
