有效预防和化解劳动纠纷的对策研究

劳动关系和谐是社会和谐的关键。社会和谐必须加强法治政府建设,依法构建和谐劳动关系,有效预防化解各类劳动纠纷。也就是说预防化解劳动纠纷是法治政府建设的重要职责。高职院校毕业生踏入社会后将成为重要的技术技能型人才和劳动者的重要构成群体,是权益维护自我意识最强的人群。依法维护好其劳动保障权益十分有利于劳动关系的和谐。在我国劳动保障法律法规体系不断健全、劳动者法律意识与维权意识不断增强的今天,探索预防和化解劳动纠纷的有效对策,助力和谐劳动关系和法治政府建设显得尤为紧迫且必要。
Countermeasures for Effective Prevention and Resolution of Labor Disputes
Harmonious labor relationship is the key to social harmony,while the achievement of social harmony requires strengthening the construction of a rule-of-law government,building harmonious law-based labor relationship,and effectively preventing and resolving all kinds of labor disputes.In other words,the prevention and resolution of labor disputes is an important responsibility in the construction of a rule-of-law government.After stepping out of school,graduates of higher vocational colleges will become an important group of technical and skilled talents and laborers with the strongest self-awareness of their own rights and interests.Properly protecting legitimate rights and interests of these laborers in accordance with the law is very conducive to the harmony of labor relationship.Today,with China's greater effort made to improve its system of labor laws and regulations,the laborers have developed a better sense of law and shown a strengthened awareness of rights protection.Hence it is particularly urgent and necessary to explore effective countermeasures to prevent and resolve labor disputes and help the construction of harmonious labor relationship and a rule-of-law government.
