Construction and Utilization of a Knowledge Graph for Public Security Disciplines
In order to achieve the structured organization of knowledge in public security disciplines, reduce learners'cognitive load, and promote the efficiency of public security departments in practical work, this study attempts to adopt a top-down approach(from schema layer to data layer)to construct a knowledge graph for public security disciplines. With the public security application-driven approach, schema layer ontology is designed, and methods of knowledge acquisition, knowledge fusion and knowledge computing in data layer are proposed.Based on the mapping rules from OWL ontology to graph databases, the storage scheme of the knowledge graph in Neo4j database is designed. The results of an evaluation experiment show that, the knowledge graph for public security disciplines can support various operations of knowledge query and return correct results,so it can fully represent the knowledge in public security field with practical problems as the core, and satisfy the needs to support public security departments in practical work and help in-depth learning of the disciplinary knowledge.
