摘要
随着计算机网络的发展和人工智能的广泛运用,一大批新兴技术应运而生.其中,ICR技术因其精准、智能、高效的特点在经济类案件中得到广泛运用.从ICR识别技术内涵、背景和用途出发,围绕经济类案件侦办的困境,ICR及公安数据云在经济类案件侦办中的作用进行了全面阐述,并对ICR技术在金融领域的发展对公安信息子库建设进行了展望,以期为经济类案件侦办工作减少人为出错,高效、快速收集固定证据,切实提高办案效率提供参考途径.
Abstract
With the development of computer networks and the widespread application of artificial intelligence,a large number of technologies have emerged,among which ICR technology has been widely used in the investigation of economic cases due to its characteristics of precision,intelligence,and efficiency.Starting from analyses on the connotation,background,and purpose of ICR technology,this article comprehensively elaborates on difficulties in the investigation of economic cases and the roles of ICR and public security data cloud in the investigation,and foresees future application of ICR technology in the financial field and construction of public security information sub databases.The aim is to provide reference ways for reducing human errors,efficiently and quickly collecting fixed evidence,and effectively improving the efficiency in the investigation of economic crimes.
