摘要

择时训练理论依托运动生物学的核心——生物节律,通过更加符合人体生物节律的运动时段进行训练,同时公安院校承载着为国家培养预备警官的重要任务,更加突出在公安院校警察体能课程中进行课程时段设置的重要性.本研究基于择时训练理论,旨在探讨公安院校警察体能课的时段设置对学员体能训练效果的影响.为此,本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法等对公安院校警察体能课程时段设置进行研究,并结合择时训练理论给出切实可行的训练方案,从而为公安院校学员在体能训练方面提供研究思路.

Abstract

The theory on choosing optimal timing for training relies on biorhythm,the core of sports biology,and advocates that physical training should be conducted during a time period in line with human body's biological rhythms.Public security colleges undertake the important task of training reserved police officers for the country,so it is particularly significant for them to set optimal time periods for the police physical fitness course.Based on the above theory,this study aims to explore how time period setting for police physical fitness course in public security colleges affects trainees'physical fitness.Adopting the methods such as literature review,expert interview and experiment,this study discusses time period setting for police physical fitness course in public security colleges,and then comes up with practical training plans based on the theory on choosing optimal timing for training,in order to provide research ideas for the physical training of trainees in public security colleges.
