公安院校思政教育要坚持正确的政治方向、明确的问题导向、深度的理论阐释、积极的价值引领.深化公安院校思政教育改革创新,需明确公安院校思政教育的特点,坚持守正创新.公安院校思政教育守政治根基之正,不断推动忠诚教育、深化理想信念教育;创教学改革之新,深化教学管理、拓展教学内容、创新教学方法等.全面提升公安院校思想政治教育的亲和力、针对性和实效性.建立健全与公安院校思政教育相适应的考核评价机制,形成科学有效的激励与督促机制,提升公安院校思政教育教学的规范化、制度化.
Abstract
Public security colleges and universities must follow a correct political direction,adopt problem-orientated approaches,and offer in-depth theoretical interpretation and positive value guidance in the ideological and political education for students.In order to deepen the reform and innovation of ideological and political education,public security colleges and universities should have an accurate understanding of their own characteristics in this regard,and then make greater efforts to uphold fundamental principles and break new ground.It is also imperative for public security colleges and universities to adhere to the political foundation,continuously enhance the education on loyalty,step up the education on ideals and convictions,make breakthroughs in teaching reforms,improve teaching management,enrich teaching content,innovate teaching methods,thereby comprehensively promoting the affinity,pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education.In addition,these higher education institutions should establish and improve performance assessment mechanisms compatible with the ideological and political education,as well as develop scientific and effective incentive and supervision mechanisms to promote the standardization and institutionalization in the ideological and political education.
