摘要
开展司法救助工作是人民检察院践行以人民为中心发展思想的具体体现,是化解社会矛盾、提升司法公信力的重要举措,是一项"惠民生、暖民心、顺民意"的民心工程,同时对于检察机关积极融入基层社会治理,助力巩固脱贫攻坚成果和服务保障乡村振兴战略具有重要作用.以基层检察机关办理司法救助案件的数据、案例为基础,分析实践中存在的问题,提出相应的对策与建议,对完善检察机关办理国家司法救助案件具有重要意义.
Abstract
The implementation of judicial relief is a specific embodiment of the people-centered development philosophy advocated by the people's procuratorates.It serves as an essential measure adopted to resolve social conflicts,enhance judicial credibility,and is a heart-winning project aimed at"benefiting people's lives,warming their hearts and fulfilling their aspirations".Furthermore,the efforts of judicial relief play a crucial role for procuratorial authorities to actively integrate into grass-roots social governance,contribute to the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements,and support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on relevant data and judicial relief cases handled by grass-roots procuratorial authorities,this study analyzes problems present in practice and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.These efforts are anticipated to be significant for improving procuratorial authorities'practice in handling cases of national judicial relief.
