Properly addressing ethnic issues and enhancing efforts in the field of ethnic affairs are pivotal for fostering national unity and ensuring long-term peace and stability of the nation.Utmost attention should be devoted to this matter,with a particular emphasis on inculcating related education from an early age.The integration of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation into the integrated development of the political education curriculum across all levels,from elementary school to university(hereinafter referred to as"the integrated development")is a strategic,fundamental,and systematic project designed to ensure the comprehensive advancement in national unity and progress,as well as the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The integrated development refers to disseminating the latest theoretical achievements in adapting Marxist ethnic theories to the Chinese context,the new era and common people among students at all levels.To cultivate young students'emotional,ideological,value,and political identification with the sense of community for the Chinese nation,we should take into account the characteristics of students at varying levels,establish clear teaching objectives,design precise teaching contents,employ versatile teaching methods,and conduct scientific teaching assessments.Furthermore,an overall consideration should be given from the"integration of four aspects",not merely focusing on top-level design,but rather emphasizing phased implementation,in order to comprehensively fulfill the task of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
