Practical Inspection and Improvement Paths for Mechanism Guaranteeing Public Procurators'Fulfillment of Responsibilities:Taking G Province as an Example
The Public Procurators Law of the People's Republic of China(2019 Revision)has absorbed the successful experiences in the formalization,specialization,and professionalization construction of the public procurators'team in recent years,and has made adjustments,supplements,improvements,and developments to the structural system and some contents of the original Procurators Law.The revised law seeks to reinforce the responsibilities,management,and guarantees of public procurators,thereby ensuring their independent and impartial exercise of procuratorial power in accordance with the law,responding to the realistic needs of safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests,and making a significant leap in ensuring public procurators'fulfillment of responsibilities.This study takes the guarantee mechanism for public procurators'fulfillment of responsibilities in G province as its research perspective,conducting a comprehensive array of interviews and questionnaire surveys to investigate the inadequacies of this mechanism.Subsequently,it offers suggestions for improvement,aiming to furnish some references for the refinement of this guarantee mechanism.
