框架理论视域下《人民日报》警察媒介形象研究

摘要
警察形象作为国家形象的重要组成部分,对维护社会秩序、展现公仆形象具有重要作用,良好的警察形象有利于提升国家治理能力.从政治传播的视角看,警察媒介形象的建构与传播直接影响着民众对警察形象的认知和评价.《人民日报》作为具有广泛传播力、引导力、影响力和公信力的媒体,在警察媒介形象建构中有着显著的优势.通过选取《人民日报》纸质版从 1978 年 1 月至 2022 年 7 月的涉警报道为研究样本,以框架理论为支撑,分阶段分层次分析《人民日报》警察形象建构的框架与逻辑,并在此基础上探讨新的媒介生态环境下纸媒在警察媒介形象建构过程中的转向.
Abstract
The police's image,as a vital constituent of a nation's image,plays a crucial role in maintaining social order and presenting the image of public servants.A good police's image is beneficial to improving the nation's governance capacities.From the perspective of political propagation,the shaping and dissemination of police's media image has a direct impact on the public's cognition and appraisal of the police force's reputation.As a medium characterized by extensive dissemination,robust guidance,substantial influence and established credibility,People's Daily possesses considerable advantages in shaping the media image of police officers.By selecting the newspaper's police-related coverage from January 1978 to July 2022 as samples,the research employs the frame theory as a foundation to analyze the framework and logic in terms of police image construction by the People's Daily at diverse stages and levels.Based on this,it discusses the alterations that print media are undergoing in their efforts to shape police's media image within new media ecosystem.
