系统论视角下的治安价值结构研究

摘要
治安价值问题是治安学理论发展以及基层警务实践中的核心问题,以传统认识论视角分析治安价值问题会陷入价值的主观困境中,多元化治安价值主体对治安价值要求不同会形成价值冲突.因此,系统论能将治安视为一个系统,从二元代码分派、功能分化、系统耦合三个技术阶段呈现出不同的价值,构成治安价值的立体化结构.
Abstract
Public security value serves as a core issue in the evolution of public security theories and the practice of grassroots policing.Analyzing public security value from the perspective of traditional epistemology will fall into a subjective dilemma of value,and many value conflicts may arise as diversified subjects of public security value have different value requirements.From the perspective of systems theory,public security is regarded as a system that presents distinct values at three technical stages:binary code dispatch,functional differentiation and system coupling,which constitute a three-dimensional structure of public security value.
