New Situation,Prevention and Governance of Juvenile Cybercrimes
With the swift progress of information and network technology,there is a tendency that juveniles gain access to the Internet at an increasingly younger age,becoming a main reason for the prevalence of juvenile cybercrimes.In terms of criminal methods and modes,cybercrimes committed by juveniles are exhibiting a high degree of concealment,intelligence and organizational characteristics.These crimes primarily fall into three categories:utilizing the Internet as a medium to commit offenses,targeting computers as the objects of criminal acts,and engaging in criminal behaviors due to exposure to inappropriate information.Currently,the phenomenon of juvenile cybercrimes has emerged as a hot issue within the realm of social governance.Based on criminological theories,the study analyzes the internal and external factors that contribute to such crimes and proposes multi-dimensional preventive measures to form a collaborative governance pattern participated by multiple parties.The ultimate goal is to effectively prevent juveniles from committing cybercrimes,thereby ensuring their physical and psychological development.
