摘要
一直以来,基层检察院在对刑事执行检察监督工作的过程中,受到监督的渠道、方式、途径和数据的限制,监督线索排查发现难."数字检察"战略的实施,无疑为社区矫正检察监督提供了一种崭新的理念和广阔的发展空间,有利于实现对社区矫正检察深层次监督,更好地挖掘出监督线索,帮助社区矫正检察监督更加精细准确.要想让"数字检察"更好地发挥对社区矫正的监督作用,就必须要改变办案方式,促进结构变革,让检察工作与社区矫正工作结合发展,用检察监督来促进社区矫正管理,推进社会治理水平增质提效.
Abstract
In the process of procuratorial supervision over criminal execution,grassroot-level procuratorial authorities have long been constrained in terms of supervisory channels,methods,approaches,and data,which has made it particularly difficult to uncover supervisory clues.The implementation of the"digital procuratorial work"strategy has undoubtedly introduced a novel concept and provided an expansive room for the development of procuratorial supervision on community-based correction.This approach is conducive to achieving a deeper level of procuratorial supervision and aids in effectively uncovering supervisory clues,thereby enhancing the precision and accuracy of such supervision.To fully leverage the role of"digital procuratorial work"in the supervision on community-based correction,it is essential to transform case-handling methods,advance structural reforms,and ensure the coordinated development of procuratorial work and community correction.Through these efforts,the management of community-based correction can be reinforced through procuratorial supervision,and the enhanced quality and efficiency of social governance can be achieved.
