Construction of Security Prevention and Control System against Campus Violent Attacks under the Strategic Overall Background
Enhancing our capacity to maintain national security and realizing the strategic objective of building China into a leading country in education are crucial historical missions of our time,while implementing the overall concept of national security and advancing the modernization of social governance capabilities are important tasks at present.Campus safety concerns national security,social stability,people's happiness and well-being,as well as the quality of cultivating high-quality successors for the new era.By specifically analyzing the harms of campus violent attacks as well as the urgent need for the prevention and control of such incidents,this article puts forward a concept for constructing a security prevention and control system.This system is envisioned to include a command department,three tiers of prevention and control circles,three chains of prevention and control,and five types of emergency response forces,aiming to provide a reference for security prevention and control against external violent attacks in campus environments.
