摘要
通过阐述可卡因当前国内外滥用形势,从可卡因滥用导致的身心病变及社会秩序崩坏分析可卡因的危害.梳理利益驱使、技术异化及区际不安因素对可卡因市场扩大的影响.从夯实禁毒宣传理论,加强毒品预防教育、加强溯源干预治理,发展替代种植经济、开展禁毒国际合作,增强检测拦截能力等路径开展可卡因的防治工作,具有重要意义.
Abstract
By elaborating on the current situation of cocaine abuse both domestically and internationally,we analyze the detrimental effects of cocaine,including physical and mental disorders induced by its abuse,as well as the collapse of social order it causes.We also review the impacts of the interest-driven factor,technological alienation,and inter-regional instability on the expansion of the cocaine market.Subsequently,we discuss the significance of preventing and controlling cocaine abuse through multiple approaches,such as consolidating the theories behind anti-drug propaganda,reinforcing the education of drug prevention,improving traceability-based interventions and governance,developing substitute cultivation economies,carrying out international anti-drug cooperation,and enhancing detection and interception capabilities.
