Establishment of the Communication Rights System for Suspects and Defendants from the Perspective of Justice:Based on the Sociology of Law
The current legal regulations regarding the communication rights system for suspects and defendants exhibit a characteristic of ambiguity,so the system is not yet adequate to ensure the communication rights for suspects,defendants,and the other parties.In addition,present theoretical research has not substantially contributed to the improvement of this communication rights system.This study argues that justice should serve as the consensus-based foundation for establishing the communication rights system for suspects and defendants,as it is conducive to the establishment of such a system that takes into account the interests of all parties under the guidance of the objective,rational,and specific standards of justice.
