心理学视域下的电信网络诈骗犯罪研究

摘要
目前复杂多变、高发频发的电信网络诈骗犯罪,已经严重威胁公民财产安全,给社会秩序造成了极大破坏.犯罪人与受害人的线上接触、电信网络诈骗犯罪的作案手法均借助了心理学的相关知识.基于心理学理论观点,从多个视角对电信网络诈骗犯罪的发生机制、作案手段、防控对策进行剖析和论证,并运用相关知识制定应对策略,可以弥补当前对电信网络诈骗犯罪学术研究上的不足,对有效打击电信网络诈骗犯罪具有重要意义.
Abstract
At present,the complex,changeable,and frequently-emerging crimes of telecommunications network fraud present a considerable menace to the property safety of citizens and caused substantial damages to the social order.The online interactions between the offenders and the victims,as well as the methods used in the perpetration of such fraudulent acts,are all based on knowledge of psychology.Utilizing psychological theories,this study dissects and elucidates the occurrence mechanisms,methods employed in committing such crimes,and the prevention and control strategies for telecommunications network fraud from multiple perspectives.Subsequently,it applies relevant knowledge to devising strategic countermeasures,expecting to address the deficiencies in current academic research on such fraud crimes and has significant implications for the effective combat against telecommunications network fraud crimes.
