Distribution of Rare and Endangered Aqueous Vegetation Yunnan-Guizhou Quillwort, A New Record in Guizhou
Yunnan-Guizhou quillwort is the only existing relict genera in Isoetaceae. This rare and endangered vegetation in China distributes only in Xundian county of Yunan province, suburb in Kunming and Pingba county of Guizhou province. Relative information shows that a few wild populations distributed in Yunnan province has disappeared and the site for this rare and endangered vegetation only exists in Shashicong in Pingba county of Guizhou province. The new population of Yunnan-Guizhou quillwort discovered in Hongfeng Lake is the new record in Guizhou, which has critical significance to preserve the diversity of the rare and endangered vegetation.
