Effects of Phytohormones on Germination of Pinellia ternate ( Thunb. ) Breit.
In order to explore the effects of phytohormones on germination of Pinellia ternate (Thunb.) Breit. , a research was carried out by using different concentrations of GA, NAA, IAA and 24-D to treat the seeds to know the effects of GA, NAA, IAA and 2-4-D on seed germination rate, germination potential and vigor index of Pinellia ternate, with a view to provide technical reference of Pinellia ternate variety breeding and genetic improvement. The research results showed that a certain concentration of GA, NAA, IAA and 24-D had certain stimulating effects on seed germination rate, germination potential and vigor index of Pinellia ternate. When the concentration of NAA was 50ppm, Pinellia ternate seed germination rate the germination potential be increased by 1.05 could be improved by 20 could be increased by 20 % ; when that of NAA was 75 ppm, % ; and when that of IAA was 50 ppm, seed vigor index could be increased by 1.05.
