摘要

目的:对四肢通络外用颗粒的提取工艺进行研究,优化其最佳提取工艺.方法:以出膏率为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验L9(34)优化四肢通络外用颗粒的最佳提取工艺.结果:四肢通络外用颗粒的提取工艺为:加10倍量水,每次煎煮1 h,共煎煮3次,方差分析结果显示加水量和提取次数均有显著性差异.结论:四肢通络外用颗粒的提取工艺稳定、可靠.

Abstract

We studied the extraction process of Tongluo external granules and optimized the extraction process.With the extraction rate as the evaluation index,the water amount,extraction time and extraction times as the fac-tors,the L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.The optimum extraction process was ob-tained as follows:adding 10 times of water,extracting for 1 h each time,and extracting for 3 times.The results of variance analysis showed that the water amount and the extraction times had significant influence on the extraction rate.The extraction process of Tongluo external granules is stable and reliable.
