Study on HPLC fingerprint of Alangium chinense from Guizhou
In this study we established the fingerprint of medicinal Alangium chinense from Guizhou, and evalua-ted the quality of A.chinense based on similarity evaluation, clustering and principal component analysis,so as to provide technical reference and basic data for the quality research of A.chinense.High performance liquid chroma-tography was adopted, the chromatographic column was HC-Ci8(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase for gradient elution was methanol-buffer(buffer:0.2 g sodium heptane sulfonate,2.0 g potassium dihydrogen phos-phate,0.3 mL phosphoric acid, diluted to 1000 mL),similarity evaluation was performed by using the traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(ver.2012 A),and principal component analysis and clustering analysis was performed by using SPSS 26.0 software. The HPLC fingerprint of A.chinense was established, the chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were synthesized,8 common peaks were calibrated, and the peak of alangine was identified. The similarity of the 10 batches of samples was between 0.801 and 0.994.The principal component analysis showed that the quality of A.chinense from Zunyi and Bijie was better. The clustering analysis showed that when the class distance was 15,the 10 samples were divided into 3 categories:the 2 batches from Kaili were clustered into one category, the 2 batches from Bijie and Zunyi were clustered into one category, and the other 6 batches were clustered into one category. This method is accurate, stable and reliable, and can provide reference for the quality evaluation of A.chinense.
