大王秋海棠在多因素影响下的扦插生根及成苗效应

为探明大王秋海棠(Begonia rex Putz.)在不同基质、不同激素,不同浓度影响下的生根和成苗情况,筛选出最适宜大王秋海棠的扦插繁殖方式.本试验分析了以基质、激素和浓度这3 种因素交互的 42 个处理组,发现各处理组间生根率、生根质量、成苗率、成苗质量差异较大,最终得出C9 和C33 两个多因素处理组生根成苗率最高,根壮苗强,即以蛭石为扦插基质蘸取200 mg/L NAA和珍珠岩+水苔=1∶1 为扦插基质蘸取200 mg/L IBA,最适宜大王秋海棠的扦插繁殖.
Influence of three factors on the rooting and emergence of Begonia rex Putz.
In this study we explored the rooting and emergence of Begonia rex Putz.under the conditions of differ-ent substrates,different hormones and different hormone concentrations,and determined the most suitable method of propagation by cutting for Begonia rex.The experiment analyzed 42 treatment groups with the interacting of the three factors,and it was found that the rooting rate,rooting quality,emergence rate and emergence quality varied greatly among the treatment groups.C9 and C33 had the highest emergence rate and strong roots and seedlings.In conclusion,the most suitable treatment is as follows:vermiculite as the substrate with 200 mg/L NAA,or perlite+water moss(1∶1)as the substrate with 200 mg/L IBA.
