Study on quality standard of medicinal Veronicastrum stenostachyum from Guizhou
In this study we established the quality standard of medicinal Veronicastrum stenostachyum according to the quality control method provided in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).The results showed that the water content of the three batches of medicinal Veronicastrum stenostachyum was 4.80%to 6.48%,with an average of 5.47%;the total ash content was 4.03%to 4.71%,with an average of 4.40%;the extracts was 30.42%to 33.74%,with an average of 31.66%.The method of TLC was simple,feasible and accurate.In conclusion,the test method can be used for the quality control of medicinal Veronicastrum stenostachyum.
