深冷轧MP159高温合金的微观组织及织构演变研究

通过对MP159 高温合金进行不同变形量的深冷轧制变形,研究深冷轧制对微观组织、织构演变及力学性能的影响.结果表明:MP159 高温合金经深冷轧制后变形明显,并且随着轧制变形量的增加,原始等轴晶粒和退火孪晶沿轧制方向明显拉长.当轧制变形量为48%时,MP159 高温合金取得了优异的综合力学性能.此外,随着轧制变形量的增加,MP159 高温合金的形变织构的类型基本不变,主要是沿α纤维分量方向分布的黄铜型织构,但冷形变织构的总体强度增加.深冷轧制过程中形变孪晶的形成导致了F和CuT织构的强度增加.
Study on microstructure and texture evolution of cryogenic rolled MP159 super-alloy
The effect of cryogenic rolling on the microstructure,texture evolution and mechanical properties of MP159 superalloy were studied under different rolling deformation.The results showed that the deformation of MP159 superalloy was obvious after cryogenic rolling,and the original equiaxed grains and annealing twins elonga-ted along the rolling direction with the increase of the rolling deformation.MP159 superalloy obtained excellent me-chanical properties when the rolling deformation was 48%.In addition,with the increase of rolling deformation,the deformation texture type of MP159 superalloy was basically unchanged,mainly the brass texture along the α fiber component,but the overall intensity of the cold deformation texture increased.The formation of deformation twins during the process of cryogenic rolling led to the increase of the intensity of F and CuT textures.
